Hey there! My name is Nadar, and I´m a photographer based in northern Germany – near the dutch border.
I remember capturing my first photo with an old and cheap film camera, which I received as a birthday gift when I was 10 or 12 years old. I was immediately fascinated by the possibility to freeze time and memories onto a small piece of film (and paper), and I took hundreds of images with that camera. When I grew older, I forgot about my passion for photography. But some years ago, being fed up with my job as a CEO  of an IT company, I got back to photography.

Doing a lot of portrait work for families, I discovered that each and every one of the families have things that set them apart from other families. And often enough, they do not fit any norm or social conventions. Instead, I was amazed how being different is what sets those families apart from others.
